All MediVault pricing is in CHF (Swiss Francs). VAT (MWST) at 8.1% applies to Swiss-registered entities. EU and international customers receive invoices ex-VAT.
Yes. Plan changes take effect at the next billing cycle. Upgrades are prorated immediately. No lock-in contracts on monthly billing.
Enterprise customers can supply their own encryption master key, stored in their own HSM or cloud KMS. MediVault never holds a copy of the master key.
Annual billing must be selected at checkout. You receive a 20% discount (2.4 months free) compared to monthly billing. Annual invoices can be paid by bank transfer.
You will receive a notification at 80% and 95% of your limit. Writes are not blocked — you are billed CHF 0.15 per additional record per month until you upgrade.
