This authority does not oversee general commercial conduct — only matters falling under the Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

As a service provider, MediVault is responsible for its own content on these pages under general Swiss and, where applicable, German law. We are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity.
