We started in 2019 after watching three hospital data projects fail for the same reason: security, access control, audit and integration were bought from four vendors and nobody owned the seams. MediVault exists to own all of them.

Eighty-four people is a deliberate size. Large enough to run 24/7 operations, dedicated security and a real onboarding programme; small enough that the engineer who wrote the key-management layer can join your architecture review.
Six principles
we are held to.
These are not values on a wall. Each one has cost us revenue at least once, which is the only real test of whether a principle is one.
Say what is built
Roadmap items carry dates and are labelled as roadmap. We do not list unbuilt capabilities in a plan's feature set, and we do not invoice against them.
Publish before asked
Certifications, sub-processors, pen-test summaries and incident reviews are published in advance. Procurement should not have to extract them.
Refuse the wrong sale
If zero-knowledge mode is wrong for a 40-person clinic, we say so. A customer who deploys the wrong configuration becomes a reference against us.
Latency is a safety control
Clinicians route around slow systems. A security control that adds seconds at the bedside gets bypassed, so it protects nothing.
Stay out of the clinic
We build infrastructure, not clinical decision support. That is a regulated medical device requiring governance we have not built, and we will not blur the line.
Make leaving possible
Export format, timeline and transition assistance are contractual from day one. Lock-in is not a retention strategy we are willing to use.
